Beating a Bad Mood



Here are some ways of purging negative emotions;

When Angry ;
*Listen to music that matches your anger or rather music with lyrics that resonates with your current state. This will explore the full gamut of emotion you feel. But here is the catch, it will leave you feeling more active and inspired and this will lower feelings of aggression and residual anger.


When Feeling Down:
*Take a nature walk.
* Spending quality time with a loving pet.
*Eat a banana fruit. A banana is classified a happy fruit.

* Writing :Writing acts as a carthasis

* Hug someone.


When Stressed ;
*Listen to music
*Talk yourself through it
*Eat fish :with high levels of omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to reduce the symptoms of stress. Works for me.

When Our Phones Hangs Or Works Slow, We Delete All Unwanted Pics, Files And Data.In The Same Way, When Our Life Hangs Or Slows Down, Let Us Delete Unwanted Memories And Forget All Unpleasant Experiences  Of Our Life And Get Some Extra Space To Enjoy It Fully
